THE PHOTOGRAPH GALLERY

These pages display a series of photographs of the mines.  Please feel free to browse but if you want to copy and use a photograph, remember that all photos are copyright.  Most are copyright Nigel Dibben but others come from other DCC members or the DCC records.  Before using the photographs in any publications, contact the webmaster for permission.

No guarantee of quality is offered as most are snaps taken in the course of exploration or other visits.  For the same reason, captions are minimal and subjects will not be identified by name.  The photographs are displayed at a maximum of 200 x 200 pixels but clicking on a picture in the gallery will show the same picture at up to 700 x 700 pixels.  Some pictures are also available at full size; in these cases, a message will be shown.

The photographs are in galleries covering the mines, aspects of work at Alderley Edge and other topics of interest.  The gallery will be added to from time to time so keep an eye on this set of pages.  If any members, or others, want to add to the gallery, just e-mail me the photograph and say where it was taken.
