outcrop at Stormy Point and form the abrupt edge.
(Left) A recent fault. This aerial picture taken in New Zealand shows a modern fault cutting across a road and producing a step in the landscape some 1 to 2 metres high. The Engine Vein Fault has moved about 7 metres and the main Edge Fault 46 metres.
