The Club has actively explored in a number of mining sites in Staffordshire. The table below shows just some of these sites and you can click on the links to see more details on this page or a separate page.
Steve Mills made the first links at this site and obtained the farmer's agreement to our capping and descending shafts in the area. The deepest descended so far is not far off 100 metres and leads to a long exploratory level and what was probably a man entrance.
