Meet at 10am Parys mountain main car park LL68 9RE.Essential to bring belt and cows tails, no SRT.Very dirty trip so over-suit recommended and knee pads. It is warm inside and a sporty trip with ladders,crawls, knotted ropes, and chest deep water for the connection. Food and drink recommended especially a drink. Wet suit socks and gloves needed. 4-5hrs depending on size of group and fitness levels.
