Bookings normally close at least a day before the event. Take note of the booking reference number you get after booking and if you want to check your booking, go back to the list of events and select to check, pay or cancel a booking. You can cancel a booking made through the Internet but cannot amend it.

You may need to send payment in order to get confirmation of your booking. This will be shown on the booking details. If so, you will be taken to the PayPal payment page after reserving your place. If you have to cancel, we will refund the payment provided you let us know AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT.

Enquiries about bookings can be sent to the Club or you can email the person named on the event if an email address has been provided. If you want to check a booking, pay or cancel it, you can use this link.

DCC 65th Big Summer Blow-out

Further info:	The 65th celebration party is well into the preparation stage. The event will take place at Edale Village Hall (SK 12357 85337 or again.mingles.inferior) which we have booked from Friday to Sunday. A full programme of events is currently being prepared but it will probably include caving, mining and walking trips on Saturday and possibly Sunday (depending on members' fitness after Saturday night); a barbecue on Saturday night; and a Ceilidh as well on Saturday night. Deposits have been paid for the hall, the barbecue and the Ceilidh. We are currently looking into the bar arrangements which we might provide partly on an honesty basis (a small keg or bottles depending on numbers) but if not, we will advise people to bring their own drink. There is only a small car park at the Hall so you will need to park in the public car park adjacent to it. We will need to keep the Hall car park for the band and the caterer. There are two campsites in Edale and a few of us have already booked into Newfold Farm but don't delay as they may get booked up quickly. Booking is now open; follow links on the members' pages.
